  • 30 g oat flakes, fine
  • some water or milk
  • some raspberries (frozen)
  • n. B. Sweetener or other sweetener of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 4 minutes

hot porridge with frozen raspberries

Combine the oats, sweetener, and water or milk (the oats must be covered) and microwave on full power for about 1 minute. Then stir in the frozen raspberries and serve. This recipe is versatile, and the raspberries can be substituted for any other ingredient. I also like to top it with some banana and cinnamon.
