Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 ml water
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g oat flakes
- 1 banana(s)
- 4 m.-sized strawberries
- 1 orange(s), juice
- 1 lime(s), juice
- 2 tsp honey, liquid, e.g. fir honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- some vanilla from the pod or mill
- n. B. Almonds, chopped for garnish
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
healthy and filling
Chop 3 strawberries and mash the banana with a fork. Chop 1 strawberry for garnish, e.g., into slices. Bring the milk, water, cinnamon, and vanilla to a boil while stirring. Add the oats and continue stirring. Add the mashed banana and strawberries and continue stirring. Add the lime and orange juice and continue stirring. Simmer until the desired consistency is reached. Season the porridge with honey, transfer to a plate, and garnish with the sliced strawberry and chopped almonds.
