Ingredients
- 2 Small camemberts
- 250 g Cream cheese
- 120 g Butter
- 5 teaspoon Sweet mustard
- 1 bunch Chives
- 1 Onion
- 1 Beer
- 3 teaspoon Sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Bring the butter to room temperature.
- Cut the camembert and thin strips and place it in a bowl with the cream cheese, sweet mustard, butter and spices.
- Cut the onion into cubes and the chives into rings and add both to the bowl.
- With a fork, the ingredients are now mashed and mixed until a fairly homogeneous mass has formed. If necessary, a shot of beer can be added during the process. Good Appetite!
