Ingredients
 

  • 2 Small camemberts
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 120 g Butter
  • 5 teaspoon Sweet mustard
  • 1 bunch Chives
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Beer
  • 3 teaspoon Sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Bring the butter to room temperature.
  • Cut the camembert and thin strips and place it in a bowl with the cream cheese, sweet mustard, butter and spices.
  • Cut the onion into cubes and the chives into rings and add both to the bowl.
  • With a fork, the ingredients are now mashed and mixed until a fairly homogeneous mass has formed. If necessary, a shot of beer can be added during the process. Good Appetite!
