Obazda Leek Soup

Ingredients
 

  • 2 small Leek sticks
  • 3 Carrots
  • 2 tablespoon Margarine
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 bottle Wheat beer
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 250 ml Vegetable broth
  • 3 cups Obazda
  • Salt
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Lye roll

Instructions
 

  • Clean the leek and carrots, wash in the middle, cut lengthways and cut into slices.
  • Melt the margarine in a saucepan, add the carrots and leek and sauté. Dust with the flour and stir well.
  • Now deglaze the whole thing with the wheat beer, milk and vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the obazda, let it melt and let it steep for about 10 minutes
  • Cut the pretzel biscuits and roast them in a pan with a little bit of Eett
  • Now put the soup on a plate and serve with the pretzel croutons and a pair of leek rings.
