Ingredients
- 2 small Leek sticks
- 3 Carrots
- 2 tablespoon Margarine
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 bottle Wheat beer
- 150 ml Milk
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 3 cups Obazda
- Salt
- Sweet paprika powder
- Lye roll
Instructions
- Clean the leek and carrots, wash in the middle, cut lengthways and cut into slices.
- Melt the margarine in a saucepan, add the carrots and leek and sauté. Dust with the flour and stir well.
- Now deglaze the whole thing with the wheat beer, milk and vegetable stock, bring to the boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add the obazda, let it melt and let it steep for about 10 minutes
- Cut the pretzel biscuits and roast them in a pan with a little bit of Eett
- Now put the soup on a plate and serve with the pretzel croutons and a pair of leek rings.
