Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 65 g butter
  • 125 g cheese (Harzer Roller), cut into small pieces
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

super quick and easy, it works without a water bath

Melt the butter in a saucepan (low to medium heat), then dissolve the finely chopped Harzer cheese with a whisk. Then stir in the processed cheese. Add the baking soda and stir well. Finally, add the low-fat quark and mix well. Transfer to a bowl and let cool. Stir again, if possible, until completely cold. Serve with onions and farmhouse bread.
