Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup sour cream (200 ml)
  • 1 cup sugar, granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup hazelnuts, grated or almonds
  • 1 cup flour, smooth
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • ½ cup butter-flavored oil
  • Oil for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mug cake

First: Use the sour cream cup as a measuring cup. To combine the sour cream, sugar, and eggs, stir in the oil, nuts, cocoa, and cinnamon. Finally, stir in the flour mixed with baking powder. Bake the mixture in a greased cake pan in a preheated oven at 170°C (top/bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar after cooling.
