Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
- 2 tbsp olives, black and/or green, chopped
- 1 tbsp dry white wine
- 1 pinch(s) black pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Thoroughly mix the softened butter with the Parmesan cheese, the finely chopped olives, and the white wine. Season with pepper.
