Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 jar olives, green
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • olive oil
  • Spice mix (tzatziki spice salt)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the olives. Wash and trim the leeks, then slice them into thin rings. Dice the onion. Mix everything together and season with olive oil and tzatziki seasoning. Delicious with grilled food.
