Ribbon pasta with green sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 3 m.-large zucchini
  • 150 g crème fraîche, or crème legere (15%)
  • ½ jar pesto verde
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle pasta according to the instructions. Slice the zucchini and fry in olive oil until slightly softened but still crunchy. Season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, stir together the crème fraîche and pesto. When the zucchini are done, add the crème fraîche to the pan and heat through. Finally, stir in the cooked pasta.
