Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • little oil
  • some salt and pepper or aromatic

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, easy and delicious.

Briefly whisk the eggs in a bowl. Cut the bacon into small strips or cubes. Heat a very small amount of oil in a frying pan and briefly fry the bacon. Add the egg and immediately swirl the pan around so the egg spreads and “raises” the edges of the pan (this only works with a rounded pan). Season to taste. If you like, you can fry other ingredients, such as mushrooms or onions, with the bacon. You can also sprinkle the egg with cheese or herbs after spreading it in the pan.
