Onion Cake from Sheet

- 500 g Flour
- 250 g Soft butter
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp Salt
- 6 tbsp Water
- 250 g Streaky bacon or diced ham
- 2 kg Onions
- 2 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 cups Cream
- 4 Eggs
- Salt pepper
- 400 g Grated cheese
- Knead the flour, butter, salt, eggs and water into a smooth dough, let it rest a little, roll out evenly on a baking sheet and prick several times with a fork.
