Ingredients
 

  • 50 ml Milk
  • 100 g Flour
  • 4 g Yeast fresh
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 Fresh onions
  • 50 g Black Forest ham
  • Fat for frying
  • 1 Egg
  • 80 g Sour cream
  • Pepper salt
  • Caraway seed

Instructions
 

  • Heat the milk. Sift the flour into a bowl. To press a hollow in the middle. Crumble the yeast into it. Add sugar, salt and milk and stir a little. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
  • Add oil. Knead everything and let rise for another 20 minutes.
  • Peel the onions and cut into thin rings. Fry until golden in hot fat. Cut ham into strips. Fry briefly.
  • Grease a small baking pan (approx. 20 by 30 cm). Knead the yeast dough again, then roll out in the form. Spread the onions and ham on the batter.
  • Mix the egg with the sour cream. Season with pepper and salt. Pour over the onions. Sprinkle with a little caraway seeds. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Tip 6: Enjoy a glass of cider or Federweißer with it!
