Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 100 g Butter
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 5 Big onions
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt

Instructions
 

  • From 200 g flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 egg yolk, 100 g butter, 2 tbsp. Prepare the dough in cold water. Dice the onions and mix with the 3 eggs and the flour. Mix 1 cup of sour cream, salt, pepper and nutmeg into the onion mixture and spread the batter into a round cake tin, pressing down on the edge. Spread the onion mixture on the dough, bake at 200 ° for approx. 60 minutes.
