Apple tiramisu with strawberry pudding

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 250 g quark
  • 200 ml sweet cream
  • 2 bags of cream stiffener
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 bag(s) of pudding powder (strawberry flavor)
  • 3 apples
  • ⅛ liter cocoa (chocolate milk)
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the apples, core them, and dice them. Boil them with a little water and 1 tbsp sugar for about 10 minutes until just tender; they shouldn’t fall apart. Make a pudding with the milk, 1 tbsp sugar, and the pudding mix, and fold in the apple pieces. If the pudding is too thick, you can stir in a little of the apple juice. I always do it this way; it tastes good and is nice and creamy. Divide the apple pudding between 4 dessert bowls or a baking dish. Place the ladyfingers on top and gently soak them with the chocolate milk, taking care not to spill too much. Now mix the quark with 2 tbsp sugar, whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff, and fold into the quark. Spread the quark cream over the ladyfingers and dust with cocoa powder. Refrigerate until ready to serve. It tastes delicious the next day too, once it’s fully absorbed, but we don’t usually get that far.
