Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 250 g carrot(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • ⅛ liter white wine
  • 1 cup peas

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with peas and carrots

Peel and wash the onions, then slice them into rings. Heat them in the butter and sauté while stirring. Trim and slice the carrots, then add them to the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in the white wine and simmer the vegetables over low heat for about 10-12 minutes. Finally, stir in the peas. We serve it with bratwurst, chops, or roast pork.
