Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g low-fat curd cheese
- 30 g ground almonds
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp, leveled salt
- sesame
- Black cumin
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine the egg yolks with the quark, salt, ground almonds, and baking powder, and carefully fold into the beaten egg whites. Divide the mixture into 6 portions onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Spread the mixture lightly to give them a nice round shape. Sprinkle with black cumin and sesame seeds. Bake at 160°C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes. Allow to cool completely after baking to make it easier to remove from the baking paper.
