Low-carb coconut bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g coconut flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 110 g butter, soft, or vegetable cream, e.g. Rama Culinesse
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 250 g quark

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

like brioche or soft white bread

Blend or stir together coconut flour, eggs, butter, baking powder, honey, salt, and quark until a smooth, lump-free batter forms. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Let cool and then remove from the pan. It has a great consistency, like soft, moist bread or brioche.
