Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 packs of sauce powder, vanilla, for cooking
  • 100 g sugar
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 250 ml white wine
  • 2 eggs
  • 400 ml whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 1 hour 11 minutes

Combine the sauce powder, sugar, orange juice, white wine, and eggs in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Allow to cool, stirring occasionally. Once cooled, carefully fold in the whipped cream and pour into a bowl or glasses. Let the dish set in the refrigerator. Tip: Garnish with canned mandarin oranges, for example.
