Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 190 ml orange juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

only 3 ingredients

Combine the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the orange juice with a dough hook until the dough is slightly moist. You may need a little more or less orange juice. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake at 160 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 45 minutes.
