Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 strips of bacon, raw
  • 2 eggs
  • n. B. Cheese, grated
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • some paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with egg and cheese

Line two muffin cups with bacon, crack a raw egg into each, season as desired, sprinkle with cheese, and cover with a piece of bacon. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Delicious with bread and/or salad.
