makes 6 – 8 glasses

Juice all the oranges, mix the juice with the cinnamon and citric acid. Add a dash of grenadine for a more beautiful color and a sweeter jam. Stir everything together again and let it sit for about an hour. Then heat it with the preserving sugar in a large saucepan, stirring constantly, until it boils. Then let it boil for about 4 more minutes. Follow the instructions on the preserving sugar packet! Pour the jam into clean jars, tightly close the lids, and immediately turn upside down for 10 minutes. Let it cool, and you’re done!
