Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 blood oranges, filleted, juice collected
  • 2 tbsp honey, liquid
  • 100 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes

Bring orange juice, honey, and water to a boil, add the orange segments, and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Serve with pancakes, crêpes, and semolina slices.
