Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 oranges, squeezed
  • 500 g quark
  • 200 g yogurt, cream level
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

without gelatin, quick and easy

Mix together the quark, yogurt, sugar, and orange juice. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold half of the cream into the cream, then top with the other half. Serve sprinkled with chocolate sprinkles.
