Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g natural yogurt, creamy
- 2 tsp jam (orange marmalade) or apricot jam
- 1 pinch of untreated orange peel, grated
- 2 pinches of ginger powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- possibly honey
- possibly roasted sesame seeds
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Mix the yogurt, jam, orange zest, ginger, and cinnamon well. If desired, add about 1 teaspoon of honey and stir in. Sprinkle a few toasted sesame seeds over the yogurt before serving.
