Orange – Ginger – Yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g natural yogurt, creamy
  • 2 tsp jam (orange marmalade) or apricot jam
  • 1 pinch of untreated orange peel, grated
  • 2 pinches of ginger powder
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • possibly honey
  • possibly roasted sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the yogurt, jam, orange zest, ginger, and cinnamon well. If desired, add about 1 teaspoon of honey and stir in. Sprinkle a few toasted sesame seeds over the yogurt before serving.
