Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter orange juice
  • 11 sheets of gelatin
  • Water, cold for soaking

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 6 hours 12 minutes

very good also with a little lemon flavor.

First, soak the gelatin according to the package instructions, then squeeze it out. Heat the juice, then dissolve the gelatin completely. Heat for another 2 minutes. Be careful not to let the juice boil. Now pour the liquid into a bowl or portion it into dessert glasses. Refrigerate for about 6 hours. This makes enough for four servings.
