Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 8 oranges
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp eggnog
  • Cocoa powder, chocolate stars, etc., for decoration

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

super easy – without eggs

Peel the oranges thickly enough to remove all the white pith. Cut the orange segments between the membranes and collect the juice. Mix together the mascarpone, sugar, egg liqueur, vanilla sugar, low-fat quark, and 75-100 ml of the reserved orange juice. Place the orange segments in 6 dessert glasses, then a layer of mascarpone cream, then more orange segments, and so on. Finish with mascarpone cream. Decorate with cocoa powder or other toppings and refrigerate for approximately 2 hours or longer.
