Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 sheets of gelatin
  • 2 cups of yogurt (200 g each)
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 40 g sugar
  • 1 orange(s), untreated, juice and peel

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 30 minutes

Mix together the yogurt, quark, and sugar. Soak the gelatin in water. Squeeze it out and dissolve it in the warm orange juice. First add a little of the quark mixture and mix well, then stir it into the remaining quark mixture. Mix in the finely grated orange zest. Pour into glasses and let it set in the refrigerator.
