delicious salad dressing, low in calories, without mayo

Squeeze the orange and mix the juice with mustard, oil, and salt, preferably with a whisk. The amounts can be adjusted to taste. You can add herbs and spices to your liking, but it also tastes great on its own. It goes well with all fresh salads: iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, fennel, etc., and is also great for dipping. Kids love it, too.
