Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 750 ml tea, black
- 200 g sugar
- 500 ml juice (blood orange juice)
- 500 ml orange juice
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 ml rum (54% vol.)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the tea with the sugar in a saucepan (should hold a good 2 liters). Add the orange and lemon juice. Heat until just before boiling. Now add the rum and immediately reduce the heat. The punch also tastes good cold.
