  • 8 dates, fresh
  • 1 tbsp leaves (mallow leaves)
  • 4 leaves of lemon balm

Peel the oranges with a sharp knife, removing all the white pith. Slice the oranges crosswise. Score the dates, remove the stones, and cut the flesh into small pieces.
