Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 2 apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 can peach(s)
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 1 jar morello cherries
  • 5 tbsp cherry brandy

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash and peel the fresh fruit, and cut it into small pieces. Place it in a bowl. Drain the remaining fruit and reserve 5 tablespoons of the juice each. Chop the peaches into small pieces and toss with the remaining fruit. Mix the fruit juice with the kirsch and pour it over the fruit salad. Tip: If you like, you can garnish the salad with desiccated coconut, flaked almonds, chocolate, or cinnamon.
