Orange vinaigrette

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 4 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of caraway powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour the vinegar into a cup. Then squeeze the orange juice into the cup, stirring well. Then add the caraway seeds and the juice of half a lemon. Stir again. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Microwave for 30 seconds. Serve lukewarm, for example, with freshly grated carrot salad.
