- 16 g Baking powder
- 100 g Cocoa powder black
- 70 g Cocoa powder
- 14 piece Eggs
- 350 g Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 210 g Vegetable oil
- 140 g Milk
For the cream
- 400 g Whipped cream
- 15 g Sugar
- 18 piece Oreo biscuits
Instructions
For the floors
- For this oreo cake you need two silicone molds in the shape of a round biscuit or just two round baking molds (24 cm). Grease the forms well with vegetable oil.
- Now sift the flour, baking powder and the two types of cocoa powder into a bowl and stir together. Beat the eggs in another bowl. Then gradually add the sugar to the eggs, stir well and season with salt. Then the oil is added and everything is mixed together well.
- Now add the flour-cocoa mixture and stir well with the egg-oil mixture. Then the milk comes in. And mix well again.
- Now distribute the dough between the two greased molds and bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. When the time is up, do a stick test. When the cake is through - take it out and let it cool down.
For the cream
- For the cream, whip the whipped cream with 15 grams of sugar until it is completely stiff. Roughly crumble the oreo biscuits and add to the whipped cream. Then spread the oreo cream on one cake base and place the second on top. And the giant oreo cake is ready.
