Oreo cheese muffin

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g Oreo cookies
  • 40 g butter, melted
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 20 g flour
  • 40 g condensed milk
  • 80 g Oreo cookies
  • 4 drops of vanilla flavor
  • Paper cups
  • some Nutella

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

For the base, crush the biscuits in a mixer and mix with the melted butter. Spread the mixture evenly over the bases and press down lightly. Refrigerate until ready to use. For the filling, combine the cream cheese, egg yolks, and sugar in a bowl and mix to combine. Sift the flour over the biscuits and mix into the mixture along with the condensed milk and vanilla extract. Roughly crush the Oreo biscuits and fold into the batter. Divide the batter evenly among the baking cups. Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C for about 30 minutes; the surface should be golden brown. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack. Decorate with strips of Nutella before serving, if desired.
