Oreo Cheesecake Muffins

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of Oreo cookies, approx. 14 pieces
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch(s) of salt
  • some vanilla flavor
  • some lemon zest
  • 150 g milk chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 150°C (top and bottom heat). Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and place an Oreo cookie in each one for the bottom. Crumble the remaining Oreos. Briefly mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche, sugar, eggs, salt, vanilla extract, and lemon zest, beating in as little air as possible. Divide the mixture among the muffin tins. Bake for about 25 minutes. Melt the chocolate coating, place a dollop of it on each muffin, and top with the crumbled Oreos.
