Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 500 g quark
  • 80 g sugar
  • 2 packs of cookies (Oreo cookies)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff. Mix the mascarpone, cream cheese, quark, and sugar well. Fold in the whipped cream. Chop the Oreo cookies into small pieces. Layer the cream mixture and the cookie mixture into dessert glasses.
