Oreo Mille Crêpe Cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g flour
  • 2 tbsp baking cocoa
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 40 g butter
  • 600 ml cream
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 14 cookies (Oreo cookies)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Mix the flour, cocoa, and sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, and melted butter, then gradually stir in the flour mixture. Bake the thin crêpes in a lightly greased pan over low to medium heat. Let the crêpes cool, stack them on top of each other, and trim them with a cake ring. For the filling, whip the cold cream until stiff peaks form, then stir in the vanilla sugar and powdered sugar. Crush the Oreos. Layer all the ingredients on top of each other: start with a crêpe and finish with a layer of cream, which you can decorate with Oreo crumbs. Spread some of the cream between each crêpe and sprinkle with Oreo crumbs.
