Oreo Tiramisu

The perfect oreo tiramisu recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 250 g Quark
  • 350 g Whipped cream
  • 80 g Powdered sugar
  • 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
  • 2 Packs Oreo cookies
  • Bitter almond flavor
  1. Unfold the oreo biscuits and scrape out the filling.
  2. Mix the oreo filling, mascarpone, quark, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar together. Season with bitter almond to taste. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the mixture.
  3. Line the bottom of a dessert pan with the biscuits. Spread a layer of cream on top. Repeat again.
  4. Let it soak for at least 5 hours!
