Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g beetroot
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- some salt and pepper
- 150 g yogurt, Greek
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cook the beets in a pressure cooker until soft, then chop them finely. Add the spices and crush the garlic clove with a garlic press. Combine everything and purée with a hand blender until creamy. Now stir in the Greek yogurt. Serve with flatbread or white bread. Tip: Alternatively, buy ready-cooked beets. These are now available vacuum-sealed in every supermarket.
