a double Quattro Formaggi pizza for cheese lovers

First, preheat the oven to 200°C. Then, season the passata with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, garlic, and a dash of olive oil. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough. One can of passata is usually enough for two pizza trays. Distribute the cheeses generously on the pizzas. It’s important to add the Brie and Camembert last so they spread as evenly as possible and get a good browning. Finally, I like to sprinkle some oregano on the topped pizzas. Bake the pizzas in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes, or until they’re the desired shade of brown.
