Our Pizza Dough

The perfect our pizza dough recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Flour
  • 1 dice Yeast should be at room temperature
  • 2 Teaspoon. Salt
  • 4 Eßl Olive oil or rosemary garlic oil from our KB
  • 500 ml Lukewarm water
  1. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle and crumble the yeast into it. Put salt and olive oil around the hollow. Moisten the yeast with 50ml of the 500 in total, stir a little, cover with a cloth and let it steep for 10 minutes in a warm place.
  2. After 10 minutes, stir everything with a dough hook and gradually add the rest of the water, stirring until the dough comes off the bowl.
  3. Then cover the whole thing in a warm place for an hour – the dough now doubles. Now it can be rolled out and occupied as the mood takes you.
  4. If there is anything left over, the dough can also be frozen in portions.
