Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 3 chicken breasts
- 90 g cream cheese, e.g. brunch with chili
- 3 large pitted olives
- 9 slices of raw ham
- n. B. bell pepper(s), some small pieces of it
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Wash and dry the chicken breasts. Cut a pocket into each one and fill each pocket with a generous teaspoon of brunch, an olive, and a few slices of bell pepper. Wrap the stuffed breasts with three slices of ham and place them in a baking dish. Roast in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) on the middle rack for about one hour. If you prefer a less cooked dish, reduce the cooking time accordingly.
