Oven-baked feta cheese on Mediterranean vegetables

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 half onion(s)
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese
  • 1 handful of bacon cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper
  • Thyme
  • oregano

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the peppers, tomatoes, and onion into small pieces. Mix with the oil, bacon, and seasonings and place in an ovenproof dish. Crumble the feta cheese over the top. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 20 minutes, until the feta cheese is nicely browned.
