Oven-baked fried potatoes

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 kg jacket potatoes, boiled
  • n. B. Herbs of your choice
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

Peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into even slices. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with oil, and sprinkle with herbs (I used thyme, for example) and salt. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven) for about 15 minutes. Tip: You can add diced onions if desired.
