Oven-baked muesli with nuts and banana

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g oat flakes
  • 200 g nuts, mixed
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Preheat the oven to approximately 160°C (fan/convection oven). Mash the bananas and mix with cinnamon, if desired. Combine the oats, banana puree, nuts, and honey and spread on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for approximately 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Once cooled, pour into a glass jar.
