Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 750 g pork or turkey
  • 500 g onion(s)
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 1 small can of pineapple
  • 1 small can of bell peppers
  • 1 small bottle(s) of curry ketchup
  • 1 small bottle(s) of chili sauce
  • 500 ml broth
  • 500 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

So, it couldn’t be easier! Combine everything (chopped up, of course) in a large pot and place it in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 2 hours! No need to stir! Season to taste and serve with lukewarm baguette.
