Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 ml water
- 600 ml milk
- 4 tea bags, black
- 4 cardamom pods
- 2 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 1 stalk(s) vanilla pod(s)
- ½ lemon(s), grated peel
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
a spiced tea with milk
Bring the water, spices, and lemon zest to a boil in a saucepan. Add the milk and bring back to a boil. Add the tea bags to the pan and remove from the heat. Let the tea steep for 3-6 minutes. Strain to serve. Sweeten to taste.
