Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Oil (sunflower oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine flour, milk, sugar, egg yolks, and vanilla sugar. Whisk the egg whites until frothy. As soon as they start to stiffen, fold them into the batter to create a fluffy pancake. Heat sunflower oil in a pan and fry the pancakes on a medium-low heat until golden brown.
