Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g flour
- 5 eggs
- 400 ml milk
- Salt
- 25 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sift flour into a bowl and mix with milk until smooth. Stir in beaten eggs, salt, and sugar. Cook thin pancakes in a pan with a little butter.
