Pancake casserole

Make a batter from flour, milk, two eggs, and salt. Use it to make about 10 pancakes. Roughly chop the hazelnuts and toast them in a pan without oil until light brown. Mix two eggs, cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla sugar, and sugar well, add the toasted hazelnuts, and fold in. Layer the pancakes and the quark and nut filling, alternating layers, in a baking dish, like a lasagna. Bake in a preheated oven at about 150°C for 20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy warm.
